For non-emergency appointments, we ask our clients to call our office at 636-225-4545 to schedule an appointment, or book online through our online booking tool.
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please try to contact us as soon as you can so we can open up your appointment to others.
New clients are required to pay a deposit in order to schedule your first appointment. This deposit will go toward your initial appointment. It is only non-refundable if you miss your appointment or do not reschedule your appointment within 24 hours.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to complete necessary paperwork.
All payment is due at the time of services rendured.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, personal checks, and cash.
For your safety, and the safety of our staff, we ask that all pets be brought into our office with the appropriate restraining equipment. All dogs must be on a leash, and all cats must be in a carrier.

All compounding medications and special order prescriptions may take up to 10-14 days for delivery. This delay is due to the compounding itself as well as shipping and possible back orders. Please make sure to call in advance for these orders. Owners will be required to make payment at the time the order is placed.
We carry Purina products in the hospital. Hills and Royal Canin can be special ordered and expect a 5-7 days for delivery turnaround. If you would like your Purina products delivered to your residence, we can get you signed up through the Purina Vetdirect.
